I was in this store on Wed. July 6, 2016. Because I had been looking for these cakes for quite some time, I purchased all 7 of the Tastycakes peanut butter 3 pack cakes that they had. After all, they were 3 for $1.05. When I returned home and opened one of the packs I was very disappointed to find that the cakes were EXTREMELY dry, as in crunchy. I am very familiar with these cakes and know they are supposed to be a bit on the dry side, but these were awful. Yuck! I new that the stores policy was no returns but hoped that, under the circumstances, there would be an exception. When I called and explained about my purchase I was told no refund. So, now they're in my garbage can. I really hate it, but I will not return there. What's the point of getting a discount when you take the chance that it's not edible?
Great place to get bread and snack cakes. Items are just past best buy date or close to it but if you go through bread and snacks like we do with kids you'll use it all before it ever goes bad.
