Horrible banking made easy! If you don't have an account they charge you an $8.00 fee just to cash a check for you when most other banks do not charge anything for this service. Instead of the bank being robbed they rob you of your hard earned money!
Great staff, fast service and with the package pick up for US mail, FedEx, and UPS in the parking lot it's a great one stop shop.
I have made two requests at this bank since I moved to the area. Both times, they pushed the problem back to me and did not assist. So, I went to the location in Greeneville, and the issue was handled promptly and with courtesy. If you want something done, don't expect it here.
The employees here are extremely friendly and professional. Ran like a perfect business. Just be nice to the people that work here. Always follow the Golden Rule just treat people how you'd want to be treated. Just do that everywhere like to everyone. But back to the bank. This Bank just got an overhaul, new interior new seating area new offices for loan conversation. Lobby has an amazing feel to it. I would prefer more of a refreshment station, maybe a glass Coke or a glass Pepsi while I'm in line. I've been to other banks in the past that have done that, they also had popcorn. But that apparently doesn't make the bank great, that Bank closed down after a few years. This Bank also has a very clean parking lot, please keep it that way, don't throw your trash outside.
