Every time I have been there the staff I have encountered have been a blessing to work with with the exception of one employee. More than likely she was having a stressful day like anyone else
Our experience was the best ever....admission went smoothly for my brother who had many issues and other facilities refused to give him a chance. Everyone worked together to make my brother's rehab stay a success. Family couldn't be happier. Extremely hard working and caring admin and staff. Circle meetings were great and put everyone on the same page.

Horrible administrator. The rest of the staff was nice and friendly, but our experience assisting our family member with admittance was awful. She could not have been ruder and made what is a very difficult time already one of the most stressful experiences we have ever had. We ended up placing our family member elsewhere because of her behavior.
