Treated beyond rudr when calling in to place a delivery. The lady put the phone down MULTIPLE times to scream and cuss at the employees.. says it will be 20 minutes to get to my house (i live 5 minutes away) get here 45 minutes later.. pizza was cold, and put together very poorly.. forgot my 2 liter.. and when confronting the delivery boy, he rolls his eyes and says not my problem.. i go into the store and raise hell and they tell me to show proof that i didnt get my 2 liter.. REALLY? NEVER COMING TO THIS PAPA JOHNS AGAIN
I will NEVER order from here again!!! I ordered for delivery. Which is 12 mins from my house. I have had someone deliver 3 different times to my house ALREADY! But then I get a call about 10 mins before it's supposed to be there from a VERY RUDE "night manager" who says I have to either come get it or she will cancel the order. Then proceeded to ask about who delivered to me and says she will be writing him up. I tip a very large amount everytime. So.I go to pick it up and says it's because they don't have enough drivers.....with no "now hiring" sign on the door. Absolutely ridiculous. And maybe next time have better customer service. And someone who actually showers talking to your customers. Never going back.
If you haven't read the last three reviews let me tell you that the management here is terrible. I don't know if I was speaking directly to a manager but the person on the phone basically told me that she didn't care that my order was wrong and that I was going to take another 45 minutes to make it. All I was asking for was a little bit of money off of my order since they made it wrong the first time. She basically told me to go "f" myself. This is the worst management franchise I've ever heard of in my life. They will be out of business soon I guarantee it. With people like this there is absolutely no culture in the restaurant and you can tell that they don't care and I hope Papa John's understands that by franchising out to companies like this they are losing their credibility. I will never order pizza from this company again.
I called to order a pizza to be delivered. I was put on hold continually for long periods of time. I finally ordered and was told that my pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour. I called after 1 hr 45 mins. and was told that they were running about 90 mins. delivery time. I told them that it had been well over that time so after being on the phone for awhile they discovered that the pizza was put as pick up not delivery. I am very unhappy with the customer service, the wrong order and waiting now for over 2 hrs. for my pizza.
Every single time (4/4) I've ordered a pizza from here as a square cut, it gets cut wrong. They'll call and say they've cut it wrong and the options are to take it like it is, or wait for another one to be made and another driver to bring it. Such terrible customer service. I'm done with this store.
