Great place to take your kids. Price was awesome. Only 5 dollars to get in .but may have seasonal rates. You can learn a lot about our history and dinosaurs found right there in Grey TN.

So much more since I was last there. Highly recommend the guided tour, guided extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Great for both children and adults

Awesome local point of interest - very intriguing learning about what once roamed the mountains of Tennessee & Virginia. Friendly staff- elevator options- clean bathroom- hands on interaction. Great for kids as it is not too overwhelming, or distracting, go at your own pace, take as long as you like with each exhibit.

This is a great museum for the entire family. We visited during a long road trip with our kids, ages 3 to 17, and spent about two hours looking around. We all enjoyed the numerous interactive exhibits and the hands-on experiences kept the kids engaged. The two staff members we talked with were kind and knowledgeable. We ate lunch at one of the several picnic tables located in the shade of the conference hall. There is ample parking and the facilities are clean, too.

Fantastic museum with an active excavation site and research lab visible to the pubic. Watch scientific progress in person! Unique and very cool!
