I have been a patient as 2 of my children are as well for many years now. But ever since they have moved location and joined Wellmont, it's like they have changed tremendously. They won't answer the phone, and when you leave a message, they most of the time won't call you back. This is very disheartening to me. Dr. Davis is an awesome Dr but I think ego has gotten in the way of her providing the Genuine Care that we all loved about her.
