Worked out there once or twice when I was a member at another anytime fitness. It's small, and the bathroom had some maintenance issues with cleanliness and leaks. Now I live closer and wanted to inquire about prices, I called twice during business hours and was sent to voice mail. I e-mailed via their website and got a reply that said call us. In a market area with Planet Fitness, The Wellness Center, Snap Fitness and half a dozen other competitors that generally have bigger gyms and more equipment, customer service is their greatest chance to differentiate from the competition, unfortunately they leave something to be desired.
They have a Squat rack and Dumbells that go up to 100 and probably a 1000 lbs or better in Olympic weights (16 45 lb and accompanying lighter plates) Two Olympic bars. Anyone who knows how to really lift knows you can do whats necessary with this. If yoyr a body builder wanting to stare in the mirrors or a cross fitter they have plenty of mirrors.
It's not a bad gym just not the best either .
A little irritating that you can't use rosie on the bars but that's probably due to a lack of understanding of its use in power lifting (straps aren't allowed).
Small, but nice gym. Good selection of free weights and machines as well. The owner keeps the place very clean.
I can't speak to the Staff because I've never seen any.
Wow just called to check price.. What a rude woman. I simply said 40$ and 12 month contract is a bit much when a lot of places are going to 10$ a month no contract. She got mad if you don't like the price go to another gym and hung up... WOW great cs and what a way to obtain new customers. I just won't ever be one
For those that are complaining, it is a small gym for an anytime fitness. I workout here when I'm in the area. As a former Strongman competitor I can get a good work out here with the free weights.
But it is a sufficient gym not a day spa.
this is a perfect gym for the beginner or advanced person, plenty of cardio equipment and exercise machines as well as many free-weights. been a member for 2 years and this is about as perfect a fit as we have encountered. been a member of the Y, Powerhouse, Golds, some small local gyms and this is by far the best. Clean environment and everything works! Like the 24/7 access, workout at your convenience. Don't know what these other people are complaining about. There are no females working there. Where can you get a 10 dollar membership? Not any gym where you would want to use the restroom. They are reasonably priced for a clean, modern physical fitness facility. That why we have been members for 2 years.
OK, the three stars is not a reflection on up keep or Staff. Frankly I have never met any staff.
