Great place to workout at! I love it there and the owner Derrick is so knowledgeable about health and fitness. Would recommend to anyone!
Clean facility. Great lighting. Awesome revamp. Equipment is new and fully functional. Hours are great, staff are super friendly and helpful. The outdoor basketball court and outdoor free weights are awesome too. A community gym that has the feel of the larger gyms while keeping a family feel. So happy to have a great gym in Gray!
